  • The best Trekking company in Nepal for manasu Circuit trek

Annapurna BC is a great short trip in Nepal. Thank you Hiking Adventure Trek team organizing our amazing journey to Nepal ABC trek We did the tour in January which is during winter. I like this time of year as whilst it is cold, the weather is generally clear and the views are fantastic. This is my second visit to Nepal, having walked to Everest Base Camp in 2016 with my daughter. It is good to have a reasonable level of fitness for this walk which takes walkers through beautiful valley's and villages and up to ABC which is just above 4000 metres.

It was a trip never to be forgotten. A dream journey. I was longing for going to Namche Bazaar and could accomplish that with the help of Hiking Adventures. My experience got more polished with the hassle free and smooth plan done by Ram. The way he designed the whole journey was excellent. In addition, whenever I wanted any change within seconds he solved that. Wishing to be going again with the help of Hiking Adventures and It's highly recommended.

  • Honeymoon Trip to Annapurna Circuit

I spent my honeymoon in a trip organized by Sajana and it was an unforgettable experience!

We did Annapurna circuit treck with where we appreciated outstanding views. We had the support of the guide Shaktiman and porter Joseph. They were extremely supportive for me to achieve the goal of 5416 meters altitude and I learnt a lot about the Himalayas with them.

We also visited Pokhara and Kathmandu and it was amazing.

I would recommend to anyone interested in visiting Nepal the services from "Hiking adventure treks" they are reliable, professional and flexible in providing assisstance to you.

    A memorable holiday-Nov 2024 • Couples

A memorable holiday, in large part due to the care and attention from Ram Barakoti and Sajana Tripathi of Hiking Adventure Treks. We spent a long time with them planning our trek as we needed to be confident that our dietary (kosher) requirements would be accommodated.

They took advice from the Rabbi at Kathmandu Chabad, bought new pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery for our trek, and took time to make sure that our guide understood what we needed. He, in turn, briefed and instructed the porters. The result was that the porters carried the extra cooking equipment as well as fruit that Sajana purchased for our trek; cooked all of our meals (all parev) under our supervision, with one of us lighting the gas; and washed everything separately. For Shabbat on the trek, food and kiddush wine from Chabad was sent up the mountain from Kathmandu to a nearby village and carried up by one of the porters. We also had food from Chabad for the evening meal at the end of the trek which the driver brought to Dhunche and for the following Shabbat we spent in Pokhara (sent by plane).

As regards the trek itself, there are long uphill stretches to Kyanjin Gompa (up the Langtang valley) and to Gosainkunda (and long downhill stretches on the way back), which require patience and sensible pacing, rather than peak physical fitness. The views along the way are stunning when the sky is clear.

The accommodation along the way varies from good (purpose built brick hotels with ensuite bathrooms) to really basic tea-houses.

At the end of the holiday Ram and Sajana met with us to request feedback on the team and the trek. We were very impressed.

    Useful tips:
    * we spent too long in Kathmandu (4 days)
    * sleeping bags are essential both for warmth (it gets cold at night up the mountains) and hygiene (the hotels and tea-houses provide a duvet & pillow both of which seem to have had many users)
    * Nepal is a cash economy - credit cards were accepted in only a tiny number of places

  • ABC Trek in November- Best Trekking Company in Nepal

    Nov 2024 • Friends

After having landed in Kathmandu we met up with Sajana and made up plans for our ABC- trekking.
We were highly recommended this agency from friends back home in Sweden.
We did some small changes after her advice, for example where to stop during the nights.
Two days later we flew to Pokhara.
We met our guide and porters, we had two porters on four people, and tried our best to not bring too heavy luggage. 10kg is enough for the porter. It' s a quite tough trekking in for everyone.
We had a very positive experience.
We did the trekking in 7 days.
The guide prebooked everything and the best thing, we didnt pay too much.
The guide told us about every day's challenge and where to eat lunch and so on. Take a guide and a porter, it is worth it! Sajana has good people and
    and she listens to you.
    She speaks perfect English.

  • Fabulous time with Hiking Adventure Treks

My friend and I visited Nepal for our first time in April. A friend recommended Hiking Adventure Treks and I’m so glad we followed the recommendation. Communication was excellent- Sajana was quick to respond to all of our questions. Our hotel in Thamel was perfect. Our guide Santu and our porter Sajun were fabulous. They were a great team and looked after us so well. I can’t wait to go back and will definitely go through Hiking Adventure Treks again.

Ram and team from Hiking Adventure Treks did a fantastic job of organizing our recent trip to Nepal. From arrival at the airport to departure day everything went smoothly. We spent 8 days hiking from Lukla to Gokyo Lakes and back. This was an amazing experience and the guide and porter both did a fantastic job. We also had the opportunity to visit some local schools - as part of a charity initiative - and Chitwan National Park. Thanks very much to Hiking Adventure Treks for arranging everything and making our trip so eventful and memorable.
